GUIDED TOUR PAGE 1/6 The Moulin de la Combe has been carefully renovated from the ruins of a chalk/flour mill (dating, in parts from the 11thC). Set in over 3 acres, surrounded by meandering streams and inhabited by wild ducks & many species of fish. Enjoy the charm of the past yet with all the modern facilities you would expect for your holiday. The accommodation comprises roughly half of the original mill (with its machine room/millrace), which dates to the 18th century. The helpful, but discreet French & English owners who occupy the rear of the property are at your disposition, providing information & advice, and sharing local knowledge to ensure your stay is as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Rest assured that you'll find lots of shady Weeping Willow trees to savour an afternoon "sièste" with your feet cooling off in one of the many streams in the grounds. |
